Accepted Paper Submission

 

You must have a Paper ID and have an account to use the Paper Submission system, if you have a problem to submit the final camera-ready paper, you need to contact: adma08.cs.scu.cn@gmail.com.

If you have read the following guideline, click http://cs.scu.edu.cn/~adma08/Commence/index.php (to be closed at May 12th, 2008) to submit the final Camera-Ready copy via the Paper Submission system. Please contact adma08.cs.scu.cn@gmail.com for any problem.

The following guideline will be necessary for the acceptance of the final Camera-Ready copies of the accepted papers:

1.
Please upload your compressed file in winzip format named as ADMAXXX.zip, (where XXX is your paper ID number) before May 12th, 2008.
2.
 Please modify your accepted paper according to the comments given by the reviewers. We will also check your camera-ready copy against the reviewers reports to see if you have adopted the suggestions and corrected the errors identified.
3.
 All papers must strictly follow the LNAI Springer format. Please click on the "Author Information" of this website to see the LNCS/LNAI format.
In summary:
Maximum 12 pages (8 pages for short papers). Fonts should not be smaller than 10pt.
The templates are available here for Latex2e [lncs2e.zip], Latex [lncs.zip], and MS Word [word.zip].

 All papers must be in PDF file format and companied by their original files (either in LaTex and figure files or in the .rtf file if the MS Word is used). Both PDF and rtf files should strictly exclude any non-English language font packages. This problem is currently causing problems to the international editors and reviewers whose system cannot view files with KJC (Korean, Japanese, Chinese) fonts.
5.
 On the title page, the authors' email addresses must be the officially designated addresses.
6.
 Authors must strictly follow the English naming convention, i.e., the First Name then Family Name. For example, "Xue Li" means "Xue" is the First Name (also called Given Name), where "Li" is the family name. Failing to follow this order will affect proper indexing.
7.
 Please check your English carefully. We may have to reject your paper at the last minute before the publication because of poor English.
8.
 Please check your reference and citation style that is consistent to the LNCS/LNAI style.
9.
 Fail to follow the final Camera-Ready guidelines may result in an automatic cancellation of your paper to appear in the conference proceedings.
10.
 One of the Authors of the accepted paper must register for the conference before the deadline May 12th,2008. Note that one registration must be paid for each paper. That is, in cases where one author has more than one paper accepted by ADMA 2008, one registration must be received for each paper.
11.
 The signed copyright form must be RECEIVED by May 12th, 2008. The copyright form can be downloaded in PDF form from the Springer site on the "Information for LNCS Authors" page under "Downloads". Alternatively, it is available via the ADMA 2008 site at Downloading Address here.
12.
 The signed copyright form may be faxed [Dr. Chuan Li (86) 028-8540 8680]. Scanned copies may be sent via email (adma08.cs.scu.cn@gmail.com). We strongly recommend you email the scanned form with your signature to us.
